On November 13th, the Straight Line Construction crew came out in force to support El Dorado County’s largest collaborative charity, the Food Bank of El Dorado County.
An Annual Event
The 9th annual event included a dinner and auction, that not only included Straight Line Management and Staff , but also many of our customers and partners who attended in order to help our local community.

How It All Started
A few years ago, Jack’s wife volunteered at the Upper Room, helping to feed the hungry in our community. She found out that they needed a roof – and knew of a roofer who could help!
That was the beginning of a great tradition of helping others.
We Raised Over $16K!
This year, we are proud to announce that our event raised more than $16,000.
Over the last nine years, the family at Straight Line Construction raised more than $69,000 to support those who are struggling in less fortunate circumstances. Every dollar raised for the food bank generates five dollars, resulting in nearly $350,000 of needed assistance.
Food Bank Chairman, John Blank, has attended the event for the last 2 years and is still amazed regarding the outpouring of support led by Straight Line Construction.
