We are currently seeking a senior-level, office-based Operations Manager to oversee our growing production department and lead strategic operations from planning through execution. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

This senior leadership position is responsible for managing the entire production lifecycle—scheduling, resource planning, process improvement, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with company leadership to align field operations with broader business objectives, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and manage production office staff and field supervisors 
  • Develop and maintain master schedules, project timelines, and resource planning
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations 
  • Deliver performance metrics and department reporting to executive leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, estimating, and customer service 
  • Maintain budget oversight, forecasting, and job costing analysis 
  • Ensure use of technology to optimize project tracking and communication 
  • Promote a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction operations leadership 
  • Strong background in residential remodeling, roofing, or similar industry
  • Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills 
  • Experience with project management software (e.g.,Service Titan) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools 
  • Ability to drive performance, improve systems, and inspire teams 
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for growth and process excellence

Roof Repair Specialist 

Are you a skilled carpenter or roofer? Do you have experience with tile replacement, woodwork, and composite repairs? We are expanding our team of Roof Repair Specialist whose main priority is to maintain the structural integrity of homes in our community. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience with roof tile repair and replacement. 
  • Basic carpentry skills, particularly for structural woodwork on roofs. 
  • Knowledge of composite roofing materials and repair techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work safely at heights and use roofing tools and safety equipment. 
  • Experience with flashing, roof membranes, and waterproofing materials is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure quality repairs. 
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a solid understanding of roof maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Perform roof inspections to identify damage and necessary repairs.

Gutter Laborer/Foreman: 

Are you a skilled roofer with experience in gutter installation? We are expanding our Gutter Installation Technician and Foreman team!

Requirements: 

  • Experience installing gutters and downspouts 
  • Experience correctly sealing end caps, miters, slip and butt joints, and setting anchors
  • Ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time
  • Ability to tolerate heights and all weather conditions as we offer year round installation
  • Adhere to OSHA and Safe Work Practices 
  • Must have a current and valid Driver’s License 
  • Must pass Observed Drug Testing and background check to California Standards
  • Foreman Level – must be able to effectively manage and train crew members 

Responsibilities 

  • Install gutters and downspouts according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Utilize hand and power tools for fabrication and installation tasks. 
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with construction standards.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience with woodwork, dry rot and structural roofing repairs. 
  • Knowledge of gable vents, eave vents, and barge rafters is highly desirable. 
  • Knowledge of basic decking, siding, sheeting, and framing is a must. 
  • Ability to work safely at heights and use roofing tools and safety equipment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure quality repairs. 
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a solid understanding of roof maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
