ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Commercial Construction Sales Representative to help guide commercial customers through their remodel journey. This is a client-facing, field-based role focused on generating sales, building relationships, and overseeing technical elements of exterior home renovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years’ experience in exterior remodeling (roofing, decking, siding, windows, doors, gutters)
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project planning, and blueprint reading
- Comfortable working at heights (rooftop inspections & measurements required)

Requirements:
- Experience installing gutters and downspouts
- Experience correctly sealing end caps, miters, slip and butt joints, and setting anchors
- Ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time

We’re Hiring: Electrical Technician for Solar Energy Systems
Do you have the skill set to work in a fast-paced, professional environment and have a solar energy background? We are looking to expand our team of Solar Installers!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a solar technician/installer/repair.
- At least 2+ years’ experience as a solar installer.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety requirement and regulations.
- Experience with roof and ground mount systems is preferred.
- Very strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to work an adjusting schedule and respond to emergencies.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install/repair electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential and commercial solar PV systems.
- Be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues related to solar installations and battery backup systems.
- Identify solutions to resolve complex technical challenges, including any electrical and/or battery backup system errors.
- Remove and replace existing systems as needed.
- Coordinate with local city/state inspectors to satisfy building requirements and expectations on projects.
- Work with the operations team and homeowners to fulfill any necessary system upgrade/repairs to support our solar equipment.
- Provide regular job status updates, complete necessary paperwork, and document projects with photos.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked service vehicle.
- Remain in compliance with the current National Electric Code
- Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety
- Knowledge of the use of power tools, saws, threaders, wire pulling equipment, knockout punches, any tools associated with the electrical industry.
- Being able to do Site Surveys, read plan sets, and take progress photos are paramount in this position.
- Proficiency in electrical work, including low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Understanding of roof construction and installation techniques.

Do you have the skill set to work in a fast-paced, professional environment and have an extensive roofing and construction background? We are looking to expand our team with a Roofing & Construction Supervisor!
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with journeyman level roofing and carpentry. Roofing experience must include roof inspections, re-roofing and residential-type roofs: Composition Shingles, Tiles, Metals, and TPO is a plus. Carpentry experience must include dry rot, sheathing, framing, windows, siding, doors.
- Must be agile on ladders and roofs.
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate people to be productive, positive and safe.
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects timely and within budget.
- Proven and verifiable record of career stability and supervisory successes.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
The Roofing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, estimating, and completing repair work on residential and commercial roofing systems. This position focuses on providing prompt, professional, and high-quality service—visiting customers by scheduled appointment, performing on-site inspections, preparing estimates using mobile apps, and completing most repairs same-day. Ideal candidates are experienced problem solvers who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to scheduled service calls for leak repairs, maintenance, dry rot repairs, and minor roof or gutter issues.
- Inspect roofing systems (tile, asphalt, and underlayment) to identify problems and recommend solutions.
- Prepare estimates on-site using company-provided iPad or mobile software.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners or property managers about findings, recommended repairs, and pricing.
- Complete approved repairs during the same visit whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation using company software.
- Follow company safety procedures and use proper PPE.
- Manage and prioritize daily schedule to meet customer commitments and productivity goals.
- Report material usage, parts needs, and job completion status to the office daily.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in roof repair, leak detection, dry rot repair, or related construction trades.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for multiple roof types.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and tablet for estimating, photos, and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work safely at heights and handle roofing materials.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
