Gutter Laborer/Foreman: 

Are you a skilled roofer with experience in gutter installation? We are expanding our Gutter Installation Technician and Foreman team!

Requirements: 

  • Experience installing gutters and downspouts 
  • Experience correctly sealing end caps, miters, slip and butt joints, and setting anchors
  • Ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time
  • Ability to tolerate heights and all weather conditions as we offer year round installation
  • Adhere to OSHA and Safe Work Practices 
  • Must have a current and valid Driver’s License 
  • Must pass Observed Drug Testing and background check to California Standards
  • Foreman Level – must be able to effectively manage and train crew members 

Responsibilities 

  • Install gutters and downspouts according to specifications and blueprints.

Journeyman Carpenter 

Are you a skilled mid to high level journeyman carpenter with dry rot and roofing experience? We are expanding our team of Carpenters whose main priority is to maintain the structural integrity of homes in our community. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience with woodwork, dry rot and structural roofing repairs. 
  • Knowledge of gable vents, eave vents, and barge rafters is highly desirable. 
  • Knowledge of basic decking, siding, sheeting, and framing is a must. 
  • Ability to work safely at heights and use roofing tools and safety equipment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship to ensure quality repairs. 
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a solid understanding of roof maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

We’re seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Outside Construction Sales Representative to help guide homeowners through their remodel journey. This is a client-facing, field-based role focused on generating sales, building relationships, and overseeing technical elements of exterior home renovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in exterior remodeling (roofing, decking, siding, windows, doors, gutters)
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project planning, and blueprint reading
  • Comfortable working at heights (rooftop inspections & measurements required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiation, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Proficient with Service Titan, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Organized, responsive, and dependable with strong follow-through
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must pass drug screening and background check (per CA standards)

Estimate Coordinator (Office Administrative / Call Center)

This office-based role is responsible for answering and directing customer calls, scheduling estimate appointments, maintaining calendars, entering accurate customer information, and supporting communication between customers and the sales team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced call center and administrative environment.

Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $22.00 –$28.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA and Shingle Springs, CA — On-site position; remote work is not available for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service by phone and through office communications.
  • Answer inbound calls, follow approved call scripts, gather accurate customer information, and schedule estimate appointments.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules, customer follow-up, and communication between customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, calendars, customer records, and follow-up notes using CRM software such as Service Titan and other office systems.
  • Create, update, and organize office documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other administrative tools.
  • Answer, screen, transfer, and direct calls using a multi-line phone system to ensure callers reach the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform general office duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have scheduling experience in an office, administrative, dispatch, or call center environment.
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize calls and administrative requests, and stay organized throughout the day.
  • Have residential construction knowledge or experience; roofing industry experience is a plus.
  • Know how to operate a telephone system, answer and screen calls professionally, transfer calls, and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Type a minimum of 55 WPM.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Be willing to learn and consistently follow the Straight Line Way, including approved call scripts and customer communication standards.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced office and call center environment while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Be proficient in all MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Have knowledge of CRM software, preferably Service Titan, with the ability to enter customer information, update schedules, document follow-up notes, and support dispatch or office coordination.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and help present a positive company image to the public.
