ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Commercial Construction Sales Representative to help guide commercial customers through their remodel journey. This is a client-facing, field-based role focused on generating sales, building relationships, and overseeing technical elements of exterior home renovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in exterior remodeling (roofing, decking, siding, windows, doors, gutters)

Are you a skilled roofer with experience in gutter installation? We are expanding our Gutter Installation Technician and Foreman team!

Requirements: 

  • Experience installing gutters and downspouts 
  • Experience correctly sealing end caps, miters, slip and butt joints, and setting anchors
  • Ability to continually balance, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, and stoop for long periods of time

We’re Hiring: Electrical Technician for Solar Energy Systems

Do you have the skill set to work in a fast-paced, professional environment and have a solar energy background? We are looking to expand our team of Solar Installers!

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a solar technician/installer/repair.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience as a solar installer.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety requirement and regulations.
  • Experience with roof and ground mount systems is preferred.
  • Very strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Able to work an adjusting schedule and respond to emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install/repair electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential and commercial solar PV systems.
  • Be proficient in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues related to solar installations and battery backup systems.
  • Identify solutions to resolve complex technical challenges, including any electrical and/or battery backup system errors.
  • Remove and replace existing systems as needed.
  • Coordinate with local city/state inspectors to satisfy building requirements and expectations on projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience with journeyman level roofing and carpentry. Roofing experience must include roof inspections, re-roofing and residential-type roofs: Composition Shingles, Tiles, Metals, and TPO is a plus. Carpentry experience must include dry rot, sheathing, framing, windows, siding, doors.
  • Must be agile on ladders and roofs.

The Roofing Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, estimating, and completing repair work on residential and commercial roofing systems. This position focuses on providing prompt, professional, and high-quality service—visiting customers by scheduled appointment, performing on-site inspections, preparing estimates using mobile apps, and completing most repairs same-day. Ideal candidates are experienced problem solvers who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to scheduled service calls for leak repairs, maintenance, dry rot repairs, and minor roof or gutter issues.
  • Inspect roofing systems (tile, asphalt, and underlayment) to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare estimates on-site using company-provided iPad or mobile software.
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners or property managers about findings, recommended repairs, and pricing.
  • Complete approved repairs during the same visit whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation using company software.
